Good morning. How many of us have said this? "Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep, and if I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take" the prayer uttered millions of times by millions of people over a lot of years. The amazing part of that prayer is that if we are honest it covers a lot of our fears. One of the hardest parts of rest is trusting that God will keep all the things running that I THINK I am running LOL! The fact is that true rest only comes from one place.

God loves you and me enough that He knows we need rest and so He watches over us so that we can know that we are safe! Today rest knowing that God is watching!
