Good morning, how many times in the last two weeks have you changed the wardrobe and or blankets you use because of the weather? I don't know about you, but I am ready for some consistency in the temperature. If it's gonna be cold, fine be cold! If it's gonna be warm, fine be warm! As I was grumbling about this today I thought how inconsistent am I? When it comes to gratitude, or focus, walking in faith or striving for obedience, what about just in my prayer time and Bible reading? I had to admit that I'm about like Ohio weather! That's why I am so thankful that we are loved by and follow Jesus who is consistent!
Hebrews 13:8 says,
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."
No matter where we find ourselves or how often we struggle, He loves us consistently! So today if you are like me and kinda sunny then cloudy then on fire then cold, rest in the truth that Jesus still loves you the same!
